The Firs Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

Nestled above the Derwent Valley just a short drive from Belper, The Firs Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite is ideally placed to take in some of Amber Valley’s best landscapes.

The site is open to caravans and motorhomes, with pitches available for touring and longer-term stays. Attractions accessible from the campsite include Heage Windmill, Midland Railway and the Great British Car Journey.

Golden Valley Caravan and Camping Park

Set within 26 acres of idyllic woodland and full of excellent facilities, Golden Valley Caravan and Camping Park is one of the best-known campsites in Derbyshire.

This family-oriented site offers a mix of accommodation types, from traditional camping pitches to luxurious glamping pods. There’s plenty to do on-site, including indoor swimming, mini-golf and even riding a segway through the surrounding woodland.

Surrounded by 11 acres of woodland, Riddings Wood is another popular campsite in Derbyshire and offers pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes as well as luxury lodges fully equipped with hot tubs.

The setting makes for a great rural retreat, but the park is still well-connected to the surrounding area for those who want to venture out. Nearby attractions include Midland Railway and Crich Tramway Village.

Reserved exclusively for members of The Caravan and Motorhome Club, Mooredge Farm CL Site is a peaceful, five-van campsite situated on a working dairy farm just outside of Crich.

The camp is within walking distance of several nice pubs as well as leading local attractions in Crich Tramway Village and Crich Stand.
