Situated in the Midlands our fully equipped and tastefully appointed holiday cottages are in the conservation areas of Belper and Milford, close to the river Derwent, ( a World Heritage Site ) in the heart of Derbyshires Amber Valley, just on the southern fringes of The Peak District National Park  They are in fascinating old stone-built Chapels, 18th cent farmhouses and barn conversions, and historic mill-workers cottages, and each one offers you an ideal base for exploring the many attractions.

We specialise in large quality self catering holiday cottages accommodating up to 22 guests. It is possible to accommodate even larger groups if two properties in close proximity are booked together eg. The Ebenezer Chapel and Garden Apartment will sleep 24 guests, and all will cater for those especially large gatherings.
