A guided walk exploring foraging and plant Folklore with Elephant Rooms Health and Wellbeing in Draycott. We will learn about wild edibles and their medicinal properties. Go back in time when our deep connection with Mother Earth was collective and foraging for native plants was the norm. (No stiles). Booking Essential as places are limited.

Mapperley Reservoir Circular
Length & Grading: 3 miles, easy/moderate.
Join Heanor Walking group for a walk along Coppice Bridleway and Bell Lane, around the Reservoir and John Wood before returning to the Visitors Centre via Flatmeadow Farm. (No stiles).
