Tourism and Arts Event Submission Form

Should you wish your event to be considered for entry onto the tourism websites please complete the form below.  Amber Valley Borough Council retain the right to refuse entry.

All events must be open to the general public, located within the Amber Valley and attract a tourism or culture audience.  

Please note:

Community events may not be suitable for this website, please contact Joanne Bamford on 01773 841485 to check if your events meets the criteria.  Please go to www.ambervalley.info to promote your community event to a local audience.

In addition, if the event is arts and culture related, go to www.artsderbyshire.org.uk and click "get your event listed" to submit your event for inclusion on this site.  Both entries are free of charge.

Photograph Upload

You will have the chance to upload a photo of your event later on in the form.  If you wish, please supply an image of your event, to which you have copyright -  preferably saved as jpeg format.

Please note:

1.  All images appear on the website in landscape format.

2.  By enclosing this photograph you are consenting to its unlimited use within any publications or websites by Amber Valley Borough Council.

Declaration

I confirm that the information relating to this event is correct and that I am happy to allow the information to be circulated by Amber Valley Borough Council, Visit Peak District Tourism and Arts Derbyshire.  I understand that there is no charge for this service if my event is located within Amber Valley and that Amber Valley retain the right to edit and publish any or part of the above should it not meet with their criteria.  The information will be kept on file.
